Good intention and ill intention

Good intention:

If you made minor mistakes, the Han Chinese would punish you, because you should be taught a lesson to remember what you did, and you would not make the same mistakes in the future. It is considered to be good for you. And those who punished you are good intentioned and you should appreciate them after getting punished by them.

Ill intention

If the Han Chinese made serious mistakes, you can't punish them. You can't even mention them. Otherwise, it is you, not them, who get attacked, because you are not tolerant, narrow-minded, bigot, virulent, hostile, unfriendly, and you can't forget what happened in the past. It means, if you punish them, your action must be because of your ill-intention.
